4 separate interview plus one presentation to personal training staff. Way to long. Was not told how long the process was upfront. Once the general manager wants you, all of the other interviews are pretty much formalization to make sure your not a real F%&$ up.

Entretien
I was called in for an interview with the personal training department head. Next interview was with the General Manager. Had to incorporate the company's mission statement in that interview. Spoke with regional nutrition coordinator over the phone. She asked me a lot of questions based on scenario situations, tell me a time when ...., how would you ....?, my feelings towards supplements, That was an hour and probably the most detailed.

Interview process was very long; it took about one month total. Numerous phone interviews with training manager then one with a general manager. The in person interview was very casual & laid back. Overall, the interview questions were very generic.
