It was really chill and relaxed interview with two other engineers from the department. They asked about my previous experience, how would I react in some situations as well those typical HR questions. Overall positive experience but too bad that they don't offer working student positions.

1 friendly contact in linkedin just put me on hold. They were just making the net for future but it was dissapointing because they never got back to follow up

the guy that interviewed me was not really willing to do that. I did not even have the chance to properly introduce myself as the time for the interview was limited to 30 minutes

It was an online process with a 5mins interview about background, skills set , how you found about the company , what your willing to offer , how long you want to work for the company , current location , language sufficient (German and English) university background

Too long. Many steps, boring tests, not so relevant. Would prefer a direct interview with the technical leaders from the start. Technical experience was not very well accessed and, therefore, seems to not be considered.

By phone the first interview and videocall the second. It was ok. But I didn’t had feedback after the second interview. I didn’t like the process. I’d to sent a message by LinkedIn to receive an answer.

HR and technical interviews were completed. HR interview was a kind first meeting, you meet each other and talk about yourself. The technical interview is a bit hard. The technical question about air platform.

The interview process was not Agnes’s well planned. It was not so clear and transparent what is the process. However most of the interviewers are very nice and competent. They ask for a lot of tech questions but also allow you to drive the interview. So you could have time to let them know you better.

6 interviews, 1 assessment (took approx 15 hours to complete). There were pros and cons to this experience. However, I'd say that the recruiter was truly fabulous!! And i appreciated the close communication throughout the interview period from all involved. I moved quickly through the process and made it to the end, which was great but found the reason for the decline irrelevant after all the work put in the assessment they evaluated and questions about my top skill set and value I could bring. Ultimately they ended up going with someone with "more years of experience to better balance the team". It felt a little like age bias to me to be honest. There was no feedback that I was lacking actual experience/skills for the position, only additional years to 'balance the team better'. Additionally, one red flag to me was the HEAVY amount of questions regarding how i respond in high stress, heavy pressure, etc--the focus was more on this at times than about the role, my skills, etc, especially closer to the end. Made me consider if i got an offer, if i would even accept.
