I applied online and heard within a week to set up a time to come in for a pre-employment test. We were escorted into a room where we sat and listened to a video describing Lindamood-Bell. At the end of the video, we were told we were taking a spelling test. It consisted of 20 spelling words and 4 nonsense spelling words. At the completion of the spelling test, we had to take an inference exam, which consisted of assuming statements to be true or false depending on the given information.
I did hear back within 2 days that they weren't going forward with my application.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
