First I got invited to the first screening which I had to do a critical thinking test (Watson-Glaser) and a spelling test (real words and non-words). Before they sent me home they said they would contact me if I passed my test.
Few hours later they called to say that I passed and later on received an email about 2nd screening.
In the 2nd screening (2 weeks after the 1st one), 3 other applicants and I watched a 30mins+ video about the basic concepts and some instructions they use in their teaching. In pairs, we had to practise the instructions with the interviewer watching.
Final part of the screening was an individual interview with the manager. Questions are listed below.
