I interviewed with four of the OnDemand Sales Managers. The process was very simple. They asked mainly about my previous experiences and what I was studying at school. Towards the end of the interview, I was asked to role play and sell the interviewer a box/brand of cereal. I was also asked if I had any experience with cold-calling and sales.

Not too comfortable at all. It sounded the interviewer has no industry knowledge which make me hesitate. Asking around in industry and not hear one recommendation. Need to further think.
