The interview was so weird. The recruiter was late for our call, was clearly driving somewhere/distracted, seemed very disinterested, and didn't ask any thoughtful questions. The call ended early and I later received an (unsurprising) rejection notification. It felt like she had decided even before the interview that she wasn't interested in moving me forward in the hiring process.
