    Very quick process. It started off good. You had to complete a test similar to a short version of the SAT. One un-proctored & another proctored. Recruiting manager made me feel super comfortable when we had our phone interview & in-person interview.
    The director on the other hand seemed judgmental as soon as he saw who I was behind the resume. He interviewed me knowing he had already made a decision not to hire me; with his afternoon coffee in his hand, sipping it nonchalantly, with an unsure look on his face as I spoke. It was all in his facial expressions. He asked me questions hoping I would give him a reason for him not to have to choose me. He basically asked why am I even interviewing for this role, stating it's boring. Leaving the interview, my instinct knew he wanted nothing to do with me & would rather keep the team how it already is. My instinct was correct.

    I first received a Link to an online assessment (Cognitive and Personality) which I cleared. After that, there was a verification assessment of Cognitive part where HR verifies whether it's you who is giving an assessment and also verifies the result. Then, I had a technical video interview with hiring manager. Following that, I had another technical video interview with Lead Software Engineer. I received an email after that saying, they were impressed with me but they hired a local candidate in Austin that was also better fit.

    • They ask a lot of questions related to previous projects and from skills mentioned in resume.
      1) From a list of integers, identify first non-repeating integer in the list
      2) Implement a cache that stores key-value pair, also takes time to live in milliseconds and removes the item from cache once the ttl time expires.   Répondre à cette question

    Round 1: 15 minutes cognitive test similar to a IQ test along with a 15 minute personality survey.

    Round 2: 15 minute cognitive test but with webcam on in front of recruiter.

    Round 3: Leetcode easy Java algorithms/data structure question. I solved it in 50 minutes but
    was told by hiring team that they no longer wanted an intern for the summer.

    I think for a company to suddenly on a whim say they didn't want an intern for a summer at all that they started looking for since May shows how little they know about recruiting season along with how they decided to use a IQ test to filter out candidates. While they could be reliable, they do not correlate to good programmers/engineers in general at all. I spent about 1.5 weeks on this interview process as well.

    Compensation was said to be $20/hour. Quite low for a high bar in general.

    The recruiter reached out with a generic copy/paste email likely sent to all candidates asking to complete 2 assessments - one is a personality assessment and the second is a logic/math/verbal assessment. I haven’t ever had to complete an assessment like this for a company so it was very new to me. For the logic/math/verbal assessment you must answer 50 questions in 15 minutes (nearly not enough time). I did not get a second round interview as all employees are required to “pass” the assessment. When asking about the score I received, I never heard back. I’m turned off by this process just because I don’t believe it to be an accurate indicator to success in the workplace although many companies solely rely on this method. I’ve worked in positions requiring strong communications skills and both qualitative and quantitative skills as well and believe I would’ve been a good fit if given the opportunity. I think it’s a way for HR to cut their work in half and use a lousy number to define its employees’ intellect and success - which is an outdated method IMO.

    the interview process was straightforward and direct. I had one phone call and was invited to the office. the recruiter was patient and was really interested in getting to know me. The interview at the office was with 2 employees, my manager and a sales recruiter. the process was simple.

    Very unorganized, unprofessional process. Recruiter emailed saying I passed their test, then next day said I failed it, with no apologies what so ever. And the test itself they make you take -waste of time and then they make you re take it in the office or over the wabcam.... good luck finding talent employees! Only desperate people will deal with your hiring processes.

    Didn't make it. I refused to drop the $90.00 to their vendor for "mandatory" "cognitive evaluation." The tests were basically ASVAB, but timed far too short. For anyone. They claimed it "did not effect decisions" however it was suggested by HR that "everyone" passes the test. I'm sorry - but this is a BS company, a BS racket - and they can all pretty much pound sand. At NO POINT DID THEY ASK ME ABOUT SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE - IT WAS ALL BASED ON THE TEST.

    The interview process consisted of an assessment, 5 individual phone conversations lasting 30 minutes each, followed by a group presentation. Prior to the interview I completed an extensive amount of research on both Lithium and the company’s ownership, Vista Equity Partners, which gave me a general idea of what to expect.

    I was incredibly impressed with each individual I spoke with, from the recruiter to the C level. This is a very sharp, professional yet personable sales organization with true leadership and it was clear that a lot of thought went into their questions, which is consistent with the thoughtful, highly detailed and process oriented approach to sales found here. One VP asked 5 questions I had not considered before and had not come across in all my research.

    The best preparation would be thorough research on Lithium’s offering, who they are in the space, and then asking yourself if you would truly add value here, or are you just seeking a new job. This is not the place if it’s just another job. It’s a serious interview process; the assessment shouldn’t be taken lightly and thorough research should be performed prior to the interviews.

    I was contacted several months after applying by a recruiter who sent a link to complete an assessment online (spatial, some math and problem solving). I retook this test while I was being watched by the recruiter online, which was extremely weird but part of their hiring process.

    An assistant scheduled a phone interview with the "hiring manager", who failed to call on the agreed date and did not notify me until a day after (I found this extremely disorganized and unprofessional). He seemed apologetic, asked if we could reschedule, to which I agreed only out of politeness.

    However, it was clear that this person and I would not be a great match. Our conversation was awkward, not exciting, and he asked me to justify my professional background in "non-profit" against the fact that I was now applying to a Legal position, while he stated that ideally, they would hire someone in a different city than the one I live in (I immediately knew this was a waste of time for everyone).

    I received a short e-mail from the recruiter a few days later, stating that they were hiring someone with a "corporate" background.
