Phone screen interview then flew me down there to Orlando for panel interview. They paid for room and car and reimbursed me on the food expenses. Overall it was an enjoyable process but unfortunately did not get the job. They tested my leadership skills by asking some questions and they ask me personality question and what if questions and things I've done in the past.

Phone screen with HR and then phone call with two hiring managers. Lockheed's hiring process is known for taking forever. Phone screen was fairly simple. I got asked a few behavioral type interview questions....tell me about a time..... it really all depends on the hiring manager.
