I met the recruiters at a career fair at BYU. There were hundreds of students there but what made my resume stick out was the fact that I made it specifically for Lockheed. I'm only a sophomore in college but the fact that I'm proficient in CAD systems and I can fly r/c and real airplanes made me stick out. After reviewing my information, they called me later that day and scheduled an interview for the next morning. I was surprised to find that there weren't any technical questions asked in my first interview. The interview was conducted by an employee who wasn't even an engineer, but he took note on ever answer I gave him. They asked all sorts of behavioral questions. It seemed the main thing he was looking for was a positive and outgoing personality. They've recently contacted me and they said they want me to apply for some positions. If going into engineering, I would suggest to try having a personality. Show that you're not just a calculator.

5 STAR-based questions. Technical questions asked as follow-ups to my answers. Overall very chill and relaxed. Felt half vibe check half resume check. Panel of 3 senior engineers/managers in a conference room over Teams. Received offer after 3 days.

It was good and easy, I was just nervous, and it was my first one! I was called up, and they just reviewed my resume and asked some standard interview questions. Very minimum technical questions, and it was mostly behavioral.
