First was a phone screen and then an One on One Onsite Interview with the hiring manager. the Next step was a group panel discussion with Sales and Presales Team on a product or solution which I had previously worked on.Feedback from the interview process from hiring team was good. Interview cycle ot too difficult to crack.

Analytics style interview with no live person. Practice is available but metrics are analyzed by AI (I assume). Similar to VMock. There was no live interaction. Lumen was formerly known as Centurylink.

Entretien
During COVID, their interview process was online. I had to complete a virtual video interview that included 7 timed and recored questions and 2 games. Then I was contacted by a recruiter to complete more questions and schedule a call with them.

Entretien
Phone Screen took about 30 minutes and asked normal hr questions. Web interview was more intensive on how I would handle the job. It was a quick process and if never had a Skype interview can be quite frightening.
