Online Application > Online tests > Assessment centre.
Assessment centre was similar to other companies; group task, presentation and usual competency and company knowledge based Q's. Held at Bristol offices, overall day was relaxed and efficient. Lunch provided and chance to chat to current graduates.
Informed of result 1 week later. Did not get offer but would recommend applying.

Was a 3 hour assessment centre. Had an ice breaker to begin with between 5 other applicants. Then had a 45min technical interview. Finally there was a group task between 3 of us.

Entretien
Really poor interview process. Completed lengthly application questions, then a hirevue. I then waited over 4 months, emailing multiple times about the status of the application, and then recieved a generic rejection with no feedback. I asked for feedback and they said to use the AI generated feedback from the hirevue

Assessment day.
Meet and greet followed by competency tests, Q and A with current grad, interview and a group assesment.
As long as you turn up confident and prepared you should be fine.
