I recently had the privilege of interviewing for the Technology and Data Intern position at MSCI, and the entire process left a positive impression on me. From start to finish, the experience was well-structured and professionally managed, beginning with an online test as the initial stage.
The selection process included three interview rounds: two technical and one HR. The technical rounds delved into critical areas such as data structures, algorithms, web development, and DevOps, focusing on assessing real-world application and understanding. The HR round provided an opportunity to discuss my interest in technology and data while also highlighting skills like collaboration and problem-solving.
What stood out to me was the supportive approach of the interviewers, who fostered a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to articulate my thoughts. Their constructive feedback during the discussions was particularly valuable.
I am delighted to have been offered the position and am grateful for this fantastic opportunity. Interviewing with MSCI was a truly enriching experience, and I deeply appreciate their efforts in creating such a seamless process.

It was a few rounds but it was very smooth. The interviewers were respectful and had thoughtful questions. They were communicative about next steps and open to any questions the candidate may have.
Interview was alright, 2 rounds 30min each via zoom. Friendly interviewer, mostly cv screening and behaviour questions. Especially strict on student status. Ask about future career path and suitability. Introduced in detail what the company is doing
covered oops coding machine learning and some dbms queries. coding was very basic and ended with os. this was a great experience having an offer with MSCI. in OOPs they asked about constructors about interface and abstract class.

On campus Placement. Online Assessment on Hacker Rank. I was selected for the Interview process that was of 3 rounds, two technical and one HR. The interview rounds were 15 mins each. Was asked basic questions in the first round, some puzzles in the second round.
