Evryone is super chill but it seems like they are not very interested in you and that they are doing the interview just because they have to. I did, from my side, some of the worst interview with them, and they wanted me on board.

Le/la recruteu.r.se a décommandé le rdv 15 mn avant. J'ai insisté pour maintenir, et j'ai pu tout de même parler avec la personne. L'entretien se déroulant bien, elle m'a dit qu'elle me rappellerai le lendemain pour un autre poste. Le lendemain, cette personne ne l'a pas fait. J'ai rappelé plusieurs fois, renvoyé des emails. Pas de réponse. J'étais juste un numéro de plus dans sa liste.

Entretiens avec RH, VP puis autre Head of, puis Produit. Les questions étaient assez "classiques" sur le poste, la vision, le run et l'expérience, avec quelques mises en situation. En terme de process, très peu de suivi et beaucoup de délais entre chaque entretien.
