Internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for a phone screening. I passed that and was asked to come in for an in person interview a few days later which I agreed to. Took half a day off of work to do so and ended up being ghosted. Don't waste your time with them.

Two interviewers, the HR representative and the head of the operations team, exchanged a series of thorough queries during a laid-back and natural interview session. No significant pressure or complex formalities were involved in this relaxed discussion.

I first had an interview at the Marsh offices with 2 managers from the company, who were very informative about the position responsibilities and what they were looking for in a new employee. then, I had an external interview at a recruiter's office, Advice, which included a written test and a basic interview which repeated many of the same questions from my first interview.
