I attended a zoom interview which was very relaxed and informative. I was asked a few competency based questions in relation to the role and my last experiences which I enjoyed and gave me the opportunity to discuss my skills and showcase my abilities to be successful in the role I was interviewing for. The whole interview was quite informal which put me at ease and it was a very enjoyable experience.

Discuss a time when you learned a new skill or did extra training in your current role without being asked to?
The interviewers were very kind throughout the whole process and kept me fully informed. Firstly, they talked me through the roll explained what I would be doing and the kind of things I would have to do to excel. Then we moved onto behavioural questions. If I remember correctly there was 4 or 5 in total. Throughout the whole interview the interviewers were very light and informal so it made me feel comfortable from the get go.

Entretien
The process from interview to offer took under a week. The interview was conducted by 2 people in 2 different teams with one leading.
They were both friendly and chatty, and it was a comfortable environment to ask questions in.
