Entretien
I applied to Marsh with a CV and Cover Letter in November 2015.
I received an email saying they would give me a call regarding my application. They did not specify a time, and I received an assessed call for ten minutes with no notice, they asked basic questions 'Why Marsh?' 'Why does Grad Program appeal?'.
I passed the call and received an invitation for a longer phone interview in two weeks time. This interview lasted around 20 minutes and asked more competencies based questions that related to skills as a broker. The interviewer was friendly and atmosphere was good.
I received no contract till Mid-February when they asked me to do tests, but I had already accepted a more appealing job offer by that point so withdrew my application.

Entretien
Two fit interviews, one with the program representatives and the second is with leaders in the company either CEO of saudi or Head of HR. They ask personal questions and why you are interested in the program.
Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, das der Bewerber hinter der Bewerbung von Bedeutung war, da keinerlei Fragen zu den Qualifikationen und Motivationen gestellt wurden. Stattdessen wurde Fachwissen für eine Traineestelle vorausgesetzt und sich für die Größe, Standorte und Kunden vorheriger Arbeitgeber interessiert. Es mangelte auch definitiv an den richtigen Communication skills, da auch die Fragestellungen sehr unpräzise gestellt wurden. Habe dann nach dem Interview entschieden, dass ich mich bei so einer Handhabung lieber anderweitig umsehe.

The interview process to me was pleasant through and through. Incredible talent acquisition team and senior management who attended the sessions. They pay attention to all candidates with efficiency. I went through the first screening with video interview on Hirevue, then an online assessment from arctic shores and at last a group case presentation and a one on one interview.
