Very Laid back, and welcoming very open and willing to work with you. On remote; ask you direct questions, the interviewer was very sweet made you feel comfortable and asked if you had questions.
Overall assessment of skill sets was a priority, specifically on ramp up experience and call center experience in interpersonal skill sets, time management and cross train experience in outbound and inbound.
