J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medpace (Cincinnati, OH)
Entretien
Received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview focused on my background and if I was aware of what a CRA was. 2 weeks later, received another email to schedule an in-person interview in Cincinnati (flight paid for by company). Face to face interviewed with three people for 30 minute blocks (HR Rep, 2x CRA Manager) and a brief written assignment on the importance of CRA. Heard back regarding an offer within a week.
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
