Talk to the service desk about talking to a manager about employment opportunities after you've filled out an online application available on the main website. They will call some level of management for you to talk to. I find that many of the leadership staff is careless and will forget your name, so keep coming in and getting your name stuck in their head!

Not too many questions were difficult at all, mostly availability questions and asking if you're in school, etc.
I applied online and then received a text setting up an interview with an assistant store director. In the interview it was pretty typical questions, and I received the offer on the spot.

What’s a time you went above and beyond at a previous job
The interview was a face-to-face Question and answer session with the store director after application process. Called in after an application to an informal team meeting room. Manager of the department was also present. Manager presence is optional

Great. Interviewed with the hiring manager for the store and the department head for the store. Nice people. Had a great conversation and explained the role responsibilities and hours. Overall great experience.
