Entretien
I got a phone call and was given a time to come in. Interviewed with the team leader first, and given a time and dat to come in again for a second interview with the store director. Interview was pretty standard, 'Why do you think this would be a good position for you?' 'Do you have experience, and how much?' 'what re your strengths and weaknesses?' etc. if you make it past the first interview, you pretty much have the job. Training is painless, a day on the computer and then some shadowing and then you are done.

The hiring process is long. Had my phone interview about 2 days after I applied, but the in person interview took about 2 weeks after that where I was hired on the spot. Took almost a month to get into the store.

Entretien
I had to interview with 4 people before getting hired. Once hired & in orientation, I was informed I would be a Cashier in a different department, not working at Service Desk as applied for. Did not meet manager of my department for 1 1/2 weeks after starting.

Entretien
There were three separate interviews for a minimum wage position which I thought was outrageous. More of the same questions from three different people. It was a fairly easy interview, but I'm still puzzled as to why it was such a long process.
