Phone screen with recruiter, zoom meeting with hiring manager. Hiring manager asks same questions as usual. The problem is after the interview you get GHOSTED. I would never work for a company that ghost me. At least have the courage to turndown the candidate with an email, even a generic one. Super unprofessional. I wouldn't work for this company.

Entretien
I had a very basic 15 minute interview and was told the salary immediately. Basic get to know you and your career questions. She seemed pretty disheveled with some workers who were at her house. I was told I’d hear back within a few days and I never so much as received a reply from my post interview thank you email or the second follow up email I sent. Overall the company sounded promising but I was not impressed with the interview process.
