Poor, HR asked stupid questions then I was asked by the peers about my salary expectations which at the end of the day was terrible HR mistake. Then I was interviewed by my direct manager which told me lies about how the department will develop and how brilliant future is in front of us. Nothing was as he said and the strategy was totally different - no room for development, discrimination etc. Very wrong interview and lot of lies

Was 3-4 rounds of interview, not too hard, mainly on your experience and how it corresponds to the job role. A few behavioral questions related to audit. Not sure what their criteria of hiring for this role is as this role has been open since November and couple of us has been getting rejected. The HR said "personality did not match and hiring manager is particular of her team". No feedback was received on where to improve or how to do better next.
