I scheduled a call through an email link and the recruiter called me at the specified time. It was a 30 min process with about 10 min for questions for me to ask.
Pretty straightforward to what they tell you when you get the initial interview prep package. I had 7 interviews, went through all but didn’t get the offer. Good luck to everyone interviewing

Super simple, Product Sense and analytical thinking. Behavioral leadership is easier but they grind in PS and AT. Mock well and im sure you can succeed.
RPM is selective, 50% is getting the call. Mock with experienced people and learn from them
