J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Menlo Park, CA) en nov. 2019
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter. I found the recruiter very very helpful. They provide one with a lot of information about what to expect and how to answer questions. Won't go into that here as you can check out various resources online for that information .

Question 1
Design question: I recently had to find a doctor and found the process very broken. ie. How would you design a better system for finding a doctor?
Some follow up questions:
What would you say is the goal of your solution? (Probably a sign that I did not mention this upfront)
What features would you launch with?
How would you get the data?
What makes this better than what is out there today? (Yelp, Google search)
What is the long term vision of this product?
Execution Question; You are PM for Group buying /Selling on Facebook. (Apparently, this is a feature ). What metric would you select to see how well the feature is doing?
Follow on questions:
What are the downsides of using this metric?
How would you mitigate the downsides?
What if an engineer came with an idea to place a feature on the facebook homepage that would show items that you may be interested, would you implement this?
What if you ran a test to test the feature (the widget on fb homepage) and the results came up negative, what could be the cause of this?
Interview process was fairly straightforward. Recruiters are super helpful in getting you prepared for whats to come. Interviews got scheduled fairly fast, so having the momentum is great. Each interview only lasted about 30 minutes. from start to finish it took about 1 month
A multi-stage interview process that typically includes screening, technical and/or case assessments, and conversations with different stakeholders to evaluate both your skills and how well you’d work with the team and the role.
Multiple rounds across product, engineering, and business leaders. Long cycle and many situational questions..."how would you respond.." many questions about specific prior experiences in handling challenges, frictions, leadership. Be prepared for lengthy process
