Basic questions...nothing special. Although I asked a few questions that seemed to just fly over the DM"s head. I felt I was far more prepared for the interview than he was. I applied internally and was given an interview 2 weeks out as were all the other applicants. I was a cashier for one year before this opportunity became available. From what I hear though, external candidates have a bit of a longer of a process.

Easy interview process, met with multiple people, was able to ask questions, got a tour of the store and explained what I would be doing if I got the job.
