Had two interviews, first one being with the store manager, the next with the district manager. Felt more like them just getting to know me rather than drilling me with intreview questions.

Entretien
It was very easy. Less than 5 mins and was offered the job. I had to do the background check after i accepted email offer letter. also asked if i could work hours needed for trucks

Entretien
Very casual. It seemed like a conversation at the time but after I replayed it in my head I realized that she had hit the usual bullet points in a way that really made me feel comfortable
Felt like they just wanted to hire someone to go to the bar with and very unprofessional for someone who stated they had been a store manager for over 18+ years.
