The interview process kicked off with a phone briefing by HR which was followed by an initial phone interview with one of the business development/account executive managers. After this interview you are required to take four online skill tests which if passed will grant you the opportunity to come in for four 30minute 1:1 interviews. These interviews with will be with two managers, director, and senior director.
Completed three online assessments as the first step of the interview process (cognitive, math, general business). Then had HR screener as second step of process. Overall, the company had a very organized process from start to end.
