HR was outsourced from a company from India, hence their english is not very strong. Massive lack of communication between myself and HR, did not provide me with the job description/role clearly when reaching out to me and when I asked for it, the HR did not answer to my questions. However during the interview, the hiring manager was very nice to let me know about the role and also the work culture in Micron. Ask me a couple of standard questions regarding my resume.

Online HR interview followed by an in person interview with the VPs depending on the availability of HR scheduling. HR process was quite messy with constant rescheduling of interviews. Did not manage to get a response back from them despite them telling me they would even if I got rejected.
