Panel interview was about 5 hours. 1st hour portfolio presentation. (about 10 people from cross functions) All of them asked questions 2nd hour of the interview was with the Design director 3rd hour of the interview was with of the Senior UX Designers 4th hour of the interview was with the UX research lead 5th hour was with the hiring manager

Fairly straightforward. Reviewed portfolio and asked me to walk through my previous projects. Gave them a sense of my understanding of the various design techniques and I was in. It also depends on the manager you interview with.
