The interview process consisted of the recruiter reaching out to me on LinkedIn and in email. Followed by a phone call to discuss my prior experience and background. Lastly an in person interview with the hiring manager of the client I would be working for, as this was a contract position.

Hiring process depends upon referrals from within the recruiting team as well as on board consultants, and professional networks. upon identifying a vendors staffing need, the skills and roles of available cnadiddates are reivew to identiy ashort list. Filtering occurs by interviewing candidates internally as well as with the vendor.
