I was contacted by a recruiter. I had two phone conversations with the recruiter, then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Next was an on-site interview at the Buffalo NY location.

There were some behavioral questions, but a lot of general personal questions. I was told several times that they make decisions based on consensus, and personal relationships helped gain that consensus.
