The hiring process was pretty straight-forward. I was looking for contract work at the time, and found an idea online for Morris Digital Works. I responded to the ad, and received a phone call an hour or so later. I flew into town for the interview a few days after the call. I interviewed with the manager, who was also a very skilled developer, who asked both technical and personality questions. I was offered a position that afternoon.
