Entretien
Un premier échange par mail, puis rapidement un coup de fil avec la chargée de recrutement, très agréable. Et enfin, un entretien Skype avec le country manager, qui m'a mis également très à l'aise. La réponse devait arriver dans la journée, j'ai finalement du attendre que le week-end ne se passe pour apprendre que j'étais pris.

J'étais satisfait de l'entretien d'embauche et de la manière dont il s'est déroulé des deux côtés. Je me sentais à l'aise et tout allait bien. Les questions n'étaient pas trop difficiles et les gens me semblaient très compréhensifs.

I had two Skype interviews of approximately one hour each. I spent a lot of time preparing the interviews for an intern position in Berlin for nothing, unfortunately... At first, the interviewers I talked to seemed very interested in my profile during our discussions. However, they changed the interview dates and timing several times just before the schedule interviews. Moreover, they asked me to do a PowerPoint presentation of a case study that they sent me to assess my skills. I spent hours doing it but I never get any feedback from them at all although I asked politely for one, neither on my assessment nor on why they decided not to select me. They said they would let me know, but they never did. If you ask someone to do that much work for just an interview, you should be able to spend 5 minutes of your time for at least a feedback. It’s a matter of respect ...

Very unprofessional. When you finish an interview saying "I have a good feeling, we will contact you next week", please do, it's called respect. I've sent an email one week after, no answer. It kind of says a lot, I'll never try again.
I am very happy they didn't contact me back at the end when I read all the bad reviews on glassdoor, doesn't seem such a nice place to work at

They contacted me 1 day after I sent in my application online.
We agreed on an interview on the 13th of July at 1 pm, and I gave the senior HR business partner my skypeID. I waited for 30 minutes for her call, however no sign of the interview actually happening.
Second time around the same person had sent me 2 emails asking if I was still interested in the position, I replied to the email as well reached out via LinkedIn to make sure that there were no technical difficulties via gmail ( as I started to think she was not receiving my emails ).
We then confirmed the interview once again, on the 20th of July at 1 pm, however as you may understand she never called.
I sent her an email and reached out via LinkedIn 30 minutes after the scheduled time to make sure she could find my SkypeID and that everything was set for the interview.
1 hour and 40 minutes later she messaged me on LinkedIn to say ''I could not get through via Skype. Let' reschedule for next week.''
I then declined the job as it seemed very unprofessional as well as I sent feedback to their managing director.

I found the interview process very simple.
I had one hr round about company overview.
It was followed with a technical round - this is a good challenging experience.
I had next round with the CTO and this isn't as complicated as it sounds. He is more keen on knowing how you work rather than what you know (that's taken care in other rounds).
Lastly I had another round which was also technical, and far more challenging. I was given a scenario which was very realistic and they reviewed my code and testing.
Since I was an international candidate, HR team is constantly in touch with us to keep us timely updates. A big kudos to this team for always keeping one updated and being very very helpful.
