The Interview was done mostly online and over the phone. Spoke to HR respresentative then Executive Director in North Carolina through online collaboration system. Then I went in for onsite interview with local Campus Director.

They asked several technical questions including: How odes Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol work? What certifications do you have?
No interview. I was offered the job when I was student. I worked initially as lab assistant and took exams of certificates. After that company offered me instructor position. I did not expected to stay with company very long but Covid epidemic changed my plans.

Interviewed with multiple people, including the Executive Director of Education . Each person seemed to have scripted questions. Once the scripted questions were completed, the interview became very friendly.

Nothing too difficult. The questions were fair. They clearly want to make sure that the candidate will fit within their structure.
