Went well, very professional. Asked a lot of good questions and a few off the wall questions. I think they should interview everyone that applies but I understand the lack of resources

A recruiter called to set up phone interview for 2 days in the future. The interview consisted of behavioral questions only. The recruiter stated a letter would be sent if they passed on me or I would be contacted for a follow up interview. No other conatct was received from company.
