I got the first interview throught a recruiter. Had a phone interview wih the hiring manager who asked me about relevant skills and experience. Then he brought me in for an entire day to meet with team members individually for one hour at a time. A few days later, had a final interview with the hiring manager's boss who wasn't avalable during my day visit.
