They have three rounds of interviews. The first round is a background check, the second round is the technological test, and the last round is a data interview with a different manager. Hard and Complicated.
- Can you rate ur two professors? Who are they? What did they teach? What's their name and contact info? Give me a reason for the score. Did u research me before interviewing?

This companies interview process consists of an initial interview followed by two more interviews that are not on a timeline conducive to someone who is looking to make a career change within a relatively short period of time. A mixture of recorded video responses and live person interviews consists of repetitive questions. Once an offer is accepted the background process is horribly long. I understand due diligence, but the holding up of a start date for the inability of HR to confirm job history is ridiculous. Especially taking into consideration that most new hires do not come from the insurance field. Received an offer and did not start until over 2 months later.
- What makes you think that you would excel in a call center environment?

It took a long time for them to get back to me to let me know that they did not feel like I was the right candidate for the position.
- The questions were typical, for example where do you see yourself in 5years ?

Candidat anonyme à un entretien, Trenton, NJ
J'ai passé un entretien chez NJM Insurance (Trenton, NJ)
I applied for the position and received an invite to speak with HR. There was three virtual interviews and in each step in the process I received great feedback and I was even asked to meet at a sooner date to speed up the process. After the final in person interview I received a rejection letter a week later. I even followed up with HR to see if I could get feedback on the rejection, but was provided no response. A complete waste of time to go through four interviews for an associate level position. It's clear from the marketing side they don't even know what candidate they want. If you are applying for a marketing position with this company I would strongly reconsider as they have you jump through many hoops and will waste your time.
- Basic interview and scenario questions.

During the interview, the interviewer asks very technical questions without providing any context or explanation. The questions are extremely difficult and the developer struggles to answer them. The interviewer seems disinterested and impatient, interrupting the developer's responses and making negative comments about their lack of knowledge. The interviewer also asks questions about technologies and frameworks that are not related to the developer's experience, and seems to be looking for reasons to discredit the developer's abilities. The tone of the interview is hostile and confrontational, making the developer feel uncomfortable and anxious. Additionally, the interviewer does not provide any information about the company or the job position, and does not ask the developer any questions about their experience or qualifications. The interview ends abruptly with the interviewer saying that the developer is not a good fit for the job without providing any feedback or constructive criticism. This type of negative interview experience can be demoralizing and discouraging for a .NET developer, and may cause them to question their abilities and career path. It's important for interviewers to be professional, respectful, and provide a fair and objective evaluation of the candidate's skills and qualifications.

The interview process was quick and seamless. The recruiters were all wonderful & the employees who conducted the interview itself were professional and personable as well. The interview was about an hour long or so, with personal experience and scenario based questions.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez NJM Insurance (Woodridge VI, AZ) en nov. 2022
I applied in July and did not get an interview until November. I had a referral on the inside that I needed to help speed along the interview process as 5 months to wait is unusual and unreasonable.
- Have you ever had to repeat a question to a customer in a different way so that they could understand what was being asked?

It can take long but overall pretty standard. You are vetted by HR first and then the hiring manager. The questions are standard. There can be several interviews and the interviewee gave me a good understanding of the timeline for an offer.
- Where do you see yourself?

I was connected with a recruiter, then met with the HR director within a week's time. They were very friendly and open about the position. It was a two-step interview process; first with HR director, then with the department manager.
