Contacted by recruiter 10 days after applying online. Took a few days to hear back on scheduling, but interviewed that week. Interviewer was friendly and encouraging, but felt like one-way conversation. Had very small windows to talk about my own ideas and experiences which was frustrating and limiting. Prepped for technical portion but there was none (recruiter implied there would be one). Was very informal with just one interviewer. Most info relayed was on the project they were hiring for. I recommend you get familiar with the project, check out their blog with tag of project you would be assigned to.
