applied online, got a video interview then an assessment centre. Process was very slow, 6 months total from application date, assessment day in January, day was well organised , good hospitality and friendly assessors. The day was enjoyable and a good experience. The issues started after i was told i would hear my result after 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed with no info, i appreciated they were busy and employers rarely get back to you on time. 3,4,5,6,7,8 weeks pass with no news, i thought this was getting pretty ridiculous, especially considering others from the day had already received offers. I had enough and sent an email to the recruitment team and sure enough within a few hours i got a rejection email. The fact i had to prompt them to update me on my application speaks volumes on how unprofessional this business is, not to mention the several spelling mistakes in the automated emails i received. No one even proof reads the messages! i wouldn't recommend anyone apply for this companies apprenticeships as its clear they just shove you to the back of a pile and forget you exist.
