I was initially introduced to NetSuite by a friend who helped me through the interview process and constantly checked in to see if they could answer questions or help. The HR department and its recruiters were diligent in making sure that I was informed as to the next steps and where I was in the process. Once hired I the initial recruiter made sure that I was kept in the loop about what to expect moving forward. Overall, very organized and I fell that there is a genuine concern for making sure new hires are fully informed and taken care of.

The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.
