Typical situational and competency tests (similar to IQ tests, such as recognising patterns and linking nets to 3D shapes). Afterwards, a recorded video interview answering pre-set questions in a given time whilst recorded. Finally an assessment centre is held in Coventry before the final decision is made. A successful candidate will return to the assessment centre one final time for a health check.
