It was pretty straightforward, a phone interview first, then I had an in-person interview at their office with HR and a manager from the team I was interviewing for. The questions were more about my experience and myself with no technical questions,

Initial screening via phone from a hiring manager, then was invited for an in-person interview with 2 engineers, one senior and one junior. It was very relaxed, was asked soft-skill and technical questions.

As described on the website. Applied, phone interview, interview 1, interview 2 and then job offer. Seamless process and all happened within 1.5 months. The only negative is that there is no much heads up between interviews. So being prepared is a must!

Pros: The interview process is ok, and two of the interviewer has spent the whole hours with me. I had a friendly conversation with them. Cons: They are late for the interview, and one of the managers has said to me that I will hear back from them in the early next week, and I haven't heard anything for the following two weeks after the interview. And HR has never replied to any followed up emails.

Two step interview, first with the Regional Manager then with the Office Manager Asked plenty of technical engineering questions in both as well as personal questions. Both very friendly and not intimidating. Interviews done online and lasted an hour each.

It was generic and some technical. The overall tone of the interview was good. The people were enthusiastic. You should prepare well. They look for peoples person. Your technical expertese might not be the only thing that is judged.

Had first stage interview with Two people, one is HR and the other was group manager asking about some behaviour questions and a bit of technical questions, explaining me the team structure and social events they have.
