The interviewing process was extensive - 5 interviews total (some were phone interviews), a personality test, and a logic test. The questions were very straightforward, with most of them geared towards my job history and what my skills were. The interviews were relaxed and were really more of a discussion rather than question after question. The first interview was about an hour, the second near an hour as well, and the following phone interviews were 15-20 minutes each.
