J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à OMERS (Mississauga, ON (Canada)) en mars 2017.

Entretien

I was part of a second group of 20 for a part time position in Square One the whole thing lasted for almost 2 hours. There were only 4 slots available a personality assessment was to follow and a reference check as well as background check. First we had to fill out an availability form, next we had a one on one with general questions, after that 3 of them discussed among themselves for 10-20 while we all waited, then we had to do a group activity by listing objects from 1-12 in a survival type of situation. It was pointless in relation to the position about being stranded on the side of the road with your friends in the cold because the car broke down on your way to a concert. There were 3 groups of 6-8 people per table in my group I had a very "superior type opinionated" female who kept questioning our inputs instead of considering them so we didn't finish on time. After that we presented our answers and heard the proper answers followed by 2 questions for anyone to answer a rundown of the company and when to expect a follow up. Thanks to that individual my chances were ruined it was too much too do for a mall position this is not a business job and the assignment was totally unrealistic we should have been allowed to do it on our own not to mention they could have short listed to lessen the competition very unfair. They are unorganized and showed no genuine interest to deal with us I was even told I didn't have "well developed customer service experience" the words they use today amaze me so i'm relieved I saw the warning signs as I'm honestly over qualified
