I am still not done with the complete interview process. But I just want to update on what seems to be the issue. UNPROFESSIONAL best suits them I guess. My initial interview got rescheduled 3 times. Even on the scheduled day, I was waiting for the call, and I got it 5 mins late. I was not explained anything about the company, NOT EVEN a single bit. NOTHING about the role. Just regular questions of what they care like YOE, Relocation, Visa Sponsorship, Salary. And I was emailed an online assessment while I was in the call and asked me to complete it by next day. If felt like that they were in a hurry and didn't even want to answer anything. I seriously was thinking, is it just my recruiter and is it just this instance? The answer seems to be a BIG FAT NO. When I came to glassdoor to really see the reviews I was shocked. It seems this happened with everyone irrespective of what role they applied and when they applied, to which location they applied. Lots of Reschedules, Ghosting, Late joining to calls, Abrupt ending of the calls, Just telling what they want, not valuing the candidate, not even giving him the minimum respect for his time. Better try to avoid this company.
