I responded to the customer service position posted on local job board (e-mailed my resume)
Manager called a brief phone interview was done, if you do well.
Manager will ask you to come in for face to face interview.

Okay for starters they had us waiting for an hour. Very unprofessional! The interview process was unprofessional as well. He asked were there any questions. ? That was it. He gave us paperwork for a background check and drug test.

It was very easy, no real questions were asked just about my previous experience and if I had experience with customer service. I was a previous driver for the company. So he already knew I was a great employee.
