Two interviews. First one was a general interview talking about background interests, and reasons for application etc. Second was done by the department, asking more technical and specific questions. Both very pleasant interviews.

All questions seemed to be straight forward, but a basic understanding of software/hardware systems and Oracle's position in the industry would be relevant information, as any other interview.
The interview process for a Technical Consultant role at Oracle is structured, multi-stage, and designed to assess not only technical capability but also consulting mindset, communication skills, and enterprise judgment. Oracle places strong emphasis on candidates who can translate complex technical concepts into business value while maintaining security, governance, and scalability across large, regulated environments.

The interview process at NetSuite I would say is hands down one of the best I’ve ever experienced. From the get-go, the recruiter was direct and explained the whole interview process and timeline. They were responsive and provided feedback right away. However, just one aspect that I wasn’t a big fan of was that I was already slated for a final interview (according to the recruiter). But after that supposed “final interview”, they brought up that I had another final interview. Was a bit dismayed but I figured this just might be a thing that really does happen during recruitment.
