The process is pretty long, you have to get through "dozens" of interviews till you get an answear. My first interview was with a junior recruiter who asked me basic questions about my experience and the reason/s why I would like to change my job. The other 3 or 4 interviews (I lost the count), were similar, but richer.
Tests: excel and english.
Final answear: overqualified for the job.

two to three process interviews, a test of language, knowledge, excel. first interview through telephone, second face to face and a third with the management and last one with the extern department that I was going to work for
