    Pretty laid back interview. Very informative. I received a very holistic idea of the role and what it entailed. Interviewer also covered benefits offered. The interviewer was also well-versed in the role.

    The interview process was fast and extremely efficient. It consisted of 3 interviews and the scheduling was very quick. Everyone was very nice and knowledgable. HR was very quick as well and all very pleasant to work with.

    The position was with PRA's Clinical6 division, which is mainly based in San Diego. It started with a phone interview with HR/internal staffing department, phone interview with hiring manager, onsite interview with multiple people in various areas. The process was hectic. I worked with 2 corporate recruiters and 2 assistants.

    The interview process was pleasant and very quick. A recruiter for PRA Health Sciences contacted me to schedule an interview. I had the interview the same week. It took one hour, and I spoke for 30 minutes to one Project Director, and then 30 minutes to another. Both people who interviewed me were very nice and easy to talk with. I heard back within a very short period of time. I was very happy with this process.

    Incredibly unprofessional. Recruiter reached out to me via email. I replied with times that I was available for a screening and never heard from that recruiter again. Why reach out if your intention is to ignore the candidate? If the job was filled before you could perform the screening, email the candidate and let them know rather than wasting everyone's time.

    Organized process and moves quickly. The recruiter was excellent at coordinating the interview. I heard back within a week. The interview was difficult and lasts over an hour. They were very thorough and professional. They get back to you when most places don't bother. I appreciated that.

    Very disorganized interview process. The worst interview experience I ever had. The internal recruiter does not know anything about the company or processes. The hiring manager is not competitive, lacks experience and knowledge. The whole process is very poorly managed without clear description of what they are looking for. An absolute waste of time. Your effort and experience is not appreciated in this company. You will be very disappointed if you apply to this company. Stay away from this company as far as you can!!!

    One word - unprofessional.
    HR reached out to set up a screening interview. Recruiter then missed our first meeting and got back to me 2 days later. Call went well, recruiter was very informative and polite. Said I was a very good fit based on my resume and experience and that they would send me the benefits package for me to review while they set up the interview with the hiring manager and rest of the team.

    I never heard back.

    In my 20-year career, I have never encountered anything like this. I applied online at PRA, and shortly after, was contacted by a recruiter (I use this term very loosely). We went over the role and she asked what my degree was in. I explained that I did not complete my Bachelor’s Degree but I had several certifications (PMP, Green Belt) plus 20-years of experience. She proceeded to cut me off and say that “ALL of their positions require a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree”. I told her that this role and many others I saw on their website said they would accept experience in lieu of education OR a combination of experience and education was acceptable. So she told me she would keep me in mind for other positions and abruptly hung up.
    Later that week, I sent her several jobs I was interested in that did NOT require a Bachelor’s Degree and the recruiter never responded. I am sure she blacklisted me from the company and honestly, it is their loss. Still, I am completely shocked at how I was treated. These so-called “recruiters” need to get retrained and learn how to PROFESSIONALLY interact with potential employees.

    Pretty disgusting behavior for such a large CRO.

    I was able to interview online because I was an out-of-state applicant. I interviewed with the clinic manager who ended up being the boss of my boss's boss. It was a short (20 minute) interview.
