I had a disappointing interview experience with the Pajama Program. The process started with a 30-minute phone interview, followed by a Zoom interview that lasted over an hour. After that, I was asked to complete an assignment where I had to record myself talking about their programs. I put in the time and effort to submit it, expecting a timely response. Instead, I heard nothing. I had to follow up multiple times just to get an answer, and when they finally responded—nearly a month later—it was with a vague, generic rejection. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating, especially after investing so much time in their process. If you're considering applying, be prepared for a drawn-out and unresponsive experience.
